Lisa Shaw is a Realtor for Century 21, Beal who has recently had an exciting situation with a listing! Lisa listed a house on Nagel St. for a client. After working with her client and discussing price, they determined the listing price should be $149,000. Lisa gave her clients some projects to work on before photographing the home. One of these projects included “operation curb appeal”. Once this project was completed Lisa was able to photograph the home and put the information in MLS by mid-afternoon. By 6 PM the same day she had three showings. Each of these had offers by 10PM that night. Lisa and her client had to tell the buyers to bring their highest and best. By the second day of being on the market they had multiple offers on the home. They received all of the offers and ended up accepting a offer higher than the listing price. The property is now under contract. The moral of the story is work with a Century 21 Beal, Inc. Realtor and price your property right, but in the end let the market decide what the price is going to be.
