Bryan/College Station Ranks #3 in the US by Forbes for best small cities for jobs

Any time a client tells me they are nervous about selling their home or a buyer says they are concerned about buying due to the economy, I always remind them that every market it different and unique.  They need to take many things into account locally when deciding to buy or sell.  One of the most important things that can spur on a housing market and economy is job growth.  Forbes has just ranked Bryan/College Station  #3 small city for jobs in the entire United States! This is just a sign of the growth we are having and will continue to have in the future.  When people need jobs, they look to areas where jobs are located, and luckily for us Aggieland is one the top cities in the US!

Best Small Cities for Jobs

  1. Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood, TX
  2. Bismarck, N.D.
  3. College Station-Bryan, TX
  4. Midland, TX
  5. Dubuque, Iowa
  6. Odessa, TX

There are so many things to be positive about when thinking about the housing market and growth of our local economy now and in the future.  The Research Valley Partnership is working diligently(and successfully) to bring businesses to Bryan/College Station as well as the growth of the Bio-Corridor, Texas A&M Health Science Center, and the new Scott and White Clinic which opens in 2013.  All of these things are bringing growth to our population, and thus our economy and housing market will only continue to grow .

So, if you are thinking about buying or selling real estate, remember real estate is local, interest rates are the lowest in years, and Forbes sees Bryan/College Station as one of the top places to be for jobs in the US!  Give me a call today at 979-229-0919 and we can discuss the local real estate market more in detail!

I think that what you published made a lot of sense.
However, consider this, suppose you wrote a catchier
title? I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added a headline to maybe get people’s attention?
I mean The Century Tree Reader
