When we compare the first quarter 2007 with the first quarter 2008 you can see the Bryan College Station real estate market is doing quite well.

- 342 fewer properties currently on the market for sale
- Number of new properties listed for sale up 10%
- Properties sold in 8 fewer days – (DOM)
- Average sales price is up 10%
