Are we having a BAD year so far? NO WAY!!!

When we compare the first quarter 2007 with the first quarter 2008 you can see the Bryan College Station real estate market is doing quite well.

• 5% fewer properties sold
• 342 fewer properties currently on the market for sale
• Number of new properties listed for sale up 10%
• Properties sold in 8 fewer days – (DOM)
• Average sales price is up 10%
